A long Monday, and as I often say, “Ni težko, kar se mora.” So here I am, writing this past my usual bedtime. Sleep? Soon. Looking back at my calendar and camera roll, it was an extraordinary week – mostly family and social time, good food, and a deep dive into some special whiskies.

With every good intention of sending this episode on time, one simple phone call – and my inability to say no to a new experience – means I’m once again cutting into my sleep time. I’m trying hard not to make it a habit. We’ll see next week.

Insert excuse here. With overly optimistic goals, a bit much on my plate and spending too much time on Instagram, it was a week filled with adulting and admin. Feeling unaccomplished and barely catching enough sleep.

It’s funny how a short break from your favourite band can put a refreshed perspective on what it actually means to you, and boy, did I miss it. The photo exhibition last week was a major success. A short trip to Denmark followed – delicious and brief. Landed in Zagreb to 20+ degrees, only to wake up to a snowstorm the next morning. Every episode, there is a vicious battle between just ranting away and howling at the moon, or just reminiscing over the past week and finding those bright spots. Some weeks, they are really hard to find.

Instead of running, I took the extra time to make some Instagram posts, edit old videos and publish photos. I also made a list. Promised last week, here’s Nine Circles Of Hell (concert edition).

This week, I’m skipping the circles of hell, despite some strong contenders. Maybe in a future episode. For now, the focus finally shifted to something long overdue: the website.
