S01E15 – Anything But Therapy

Episode 15.

Every episode, there is a vicious battle between just ranting away and howling at the moon, or just reminiscing over the past week and finding those bright spots. Some weeks, they are really hard to find.

My friend Nina posted a humorous, but quite engaging post of her own version of Dante’s circles of hell. Not sure if nine will be enough, but I think sooner or later I’ll be making my own version of it.

Good things? Two and a half years after acquiring Betka, gorgeous Trek road bike, I’ve finally got a proper fit by Borut Fonda. A premium experience, with some immediate and measurable feedback and improvements.

Sadly, discovering I have a torn calf muscle in the process, so… Putting down the power and getting the kilometres in will have to wait.

Naturally, saying goodbye to my spring running ambitions ain’t easy, but health and recovery come first. There’s always next year, right?

Low-darks Of The Week

  • State of flexibility and mobility of my muscles.

*moved the rest of the entries to the nine circles of hell draft*

Songs Of The Week

Impossible by Nothing But Thieves, the piano version wins the song of the week in my book, but the real winner?

Angine de Poitrine and their Vol.II album. Wow.

Thanks for reading, and hope you had an awesome Easter weekend.
That’s Episode 15. See you next Monday.
