There’s a little newsletter I write most Mondays. By name, Anything But Therapy, but honestly, some weeks it does get kinda close.
It’s short and personal. Notes on the week – concerts, photography, music, running, food, and whatever else is on my mind. Some weeks it’s a quiet reflection. Other weeks I just need to howl at the moon.
No ads. No sponsors. No spam. You can leave anytime, no hard feelings.
What to expect
- Backstage notes from the photo pit – a lot of Siddharta, the occasional orchestras, young and up-and-coming bands.
- Running and food, featuring the ongoing negotiation between the two.
- Some strong opinions or that one long monologue, when a week earns it.
- The honest version – the injuries, the hiatuses, the weeks where I simply run out of time, focus, or things to say.
It began as a Pilot back in December 2025, on the simple idea that blogging isn’t dead, it just got quieter. Eighteen-or-so episodes later, it’s still going. Mostly on time.
Have a read first
- Pilot – where and why it all started
- S01E08 – the one with the unexpected change in relationship status
- S01E16 – Nine Circles of Hell, concert edition
- The Archive – every episode so far
One email a week, give or take a broken pinky. I read every reply, and your address stays with me – never sold, never shared.
Welcome.
