A question I usually start asking sometime in September, fully aware that we’re still months away from that dangerously good pastry from the heart of Sicily.

My name is Marko. I’m a friend of Raw Pasta. And my favourite Panettone of 2025 was Apple, Cinnamon & Almonds. I’m still mildly upset I only bought one.

This isn’t an ad. Just a friendly tip on where to find pure happiness in the form of buttery perfection. And not just the once-a-year panettone, but the people behind it. The ones who care, who are passionate, and who always seem to know when you need a pick-me-up. Very grateful.
